An injection molding machine user wanted to collate the required data from various PLCs installed on the molding machine, and store it on cloud. The idea behind this was to get a clear picture through analytics into finer details such as running time, maintenance / downtime, find reasons for product rejections etc.

Our solution

Entellus designed and deployed an IoT system to create a data lake. The solution created a cloud-stored database for easy access and facilitated the analysis of the client’s user interface.
